A practiced introvert and avid nerd, Augustus enjoys writing all things comedic and fantastical. After graduating with a B.A. in History from the University of Chicago in 2017 and swearing off future scholastic programs, he came back home to Los Angeles. Here, his pursuit of screenwriting led to an MFA from UCLA in 2021, proving his past self a damn liar. His vaguely autobiographical feature *weird about an Autistic college student won the 2021 UCLA Screenwriters Showcase Best Feature Comedy, was on the 2021 Black List, and is currently in development. He has also written for Netflix’s Big Mouth.

When he’s not writing, Augustus enjoys cooking, playing Dungeons and Dragons with his friends, and buying way-too-expensive Renaissance Faire costume pieces online.
