Gemma Holdway is a British-Canadian screenwriter, producer and former journalist who resides in Los Angeles.

She is adapting the Eisner Award-winning comic book series THE SPIRE for Roku, BOOM! Studios and Fremantle North America and is currently in post-production as writer/co-producer on BOOT CAMP, the feature film based on the Wattpad runaway hit for Wattpad WEBTOON Studios, Great Pacific Media, Junction Hammer Productions and December Films.

Gemma is also developing original programming with MGM, Rebelle Media, Belletrist TV, H-Is4, Peacock Alley, Incendo Productions, H2L Media Group and director Tanya Wexler. Her writing credits include MIXTAPE MASSACRE (Sony/Netflix), CARDINAL (CTV/Hulu), THE BLETCHLEY CIRCLE: SAN FRANCISCO (ITV/Britbox), GHOST WARS (SYFY/Netflix) and THE MURDERS (Citytv/FX).
