BIO
Piero Iberti has had a talent for communicating the visual to written word most of his life. In the years since graduating from The College of the Holy Cross, he has worked as a Set & Writers’ Production Assistant on such shows as TREME, BOARDWALK EMPIRE and SHOW ME A HERO, as well as an assistant to Oscar-Nominated Producer Rachel Winter. Additionally, Piero script-coordinated and writers’ assisted Season 1 of David Simon & George Pelecanos’ HBO series THE DEUCE and Seasons 1-3 of USA/NETFLIX’s THE SINNER (also assisting showrunner Derek Simonds for all three seasons). Following the show’s final season renewal, he was promoted to staff writer having co-written the Season 3 finale and a standalone episode for Season 4. He has written several treatments, spec scripts and features, culminating in his most recent co-written effort FISHBOWL, which was released on Apple TV, Amazon and On Demand. He is currently developing a feature based on H.G. Wells’ novella “The Red Room”.
